• First members in get more value.  First offices will be the last to receive a request to share their space with other members when needed.  This gives added benefit to early members as they will be the last requested to share their private office space.
• Furnishings. Members must use office as is with current furnishings for first 90 days.
• MCS Benefits. You receive all the MCS benefits to use the conference rooms and booking facilities at the highest discounted rate with included monthly credits and ability to earn points for additional value as below.
• You can begin using your new offices the next business day.  You will be issued access cards for up to 5 members of your organization.  As per the members you sign up for your team.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time by logging into your account and going to the applicable subscription. We will use the date you request cancellation to begin your 30 day notice period. Your subscription will remain active until the next renewal date after the notice period ends.

By way of Example: if your subscription renews on the seventh of every month and you provide cancelation notice on the 15th of January than you will still be responsible for the 7th of February renewal payment and your subscription will end on the 7th of March.
